Your paywall is the screen that gets you rejected.
Guideline 3.1.2 lists what a subscription sheet has to state before anyone can buy: the price, the period, that it renews by itself, what a trial turns into, and links to your terms and privacy policy. Drop a screenshot and Verdict reads the screen and tells you which of those are not on it. Free, no account, and the image is never stored.

This reads the words on the screen. It can tell you a required disclosure is not written anywhere on your sheet, which is the most common reason a subscription app comes back rejected. It cannot tell you whether the wording is prominent enough, whether your links open, or whether the price shown is the price charged.
